Roger Howes BSc FRICS MCIOB MCIH has been involved in the Social Housing sector for over 30 years, working for such organisations as the National Building Agency, the Government of Gibraltar, Delyn Borough Council & Liverpool Housing Action Trust, where one of his developments won the National Sustainable New Homes Award for 2004.
Roger has been based in Wales for most of his professional career & now focuses on sustainable development in the Principality. He was one of the first to become a Building Research Establishment Licensed EcoHomes Assessor in 2000 and a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor in 2007.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Roger has extensive technical and managerial experience throughout the housing sector, including repair and maintenance, asset management, health and safety, asbestos management, demolition (including high rise implosive), refurbishment, new build, project management, quality standards and sustainable development. |
